1) Replacement of Tz-7 circulating water pipelines, including; a) Exchange of DN1400 circulating water pipelines together with DN1000 compensators on the Tz-7 turbosets from the machine room wall to the inlet connection at WW heat exchangers, b) Repair of shut-off valve DN1400 at the outlet of circulating water from WW heat exchangers, c) Construction of new foundations for pipelines. 2) Works on the circulation water filtration system at the inlet to OCC and OCR coolers, including; a) Delivery with assembly of maintenance-free self-cleaning filter DN1000 and nominal capacity Qnom = 6000 m3 / h along with design and electrical installation and AKPiA, b) Replacement of shut-off valve DN900 with compensators at the inlet to OCC and OCR coolers. 3) Works on electrical and I & C installations, including: a) A set of assembly and supply works in the electrical industry, related with connection, supply and commissioning of new valve and filter drives, b) Starting control of the valve from the existing control panel, c) Configuration, calibration and commissioning as well as functional tests, d) Introduction to the digital system (DCS); measurements of accumulation on circulating water filters, binary signals of operation and filter interference as well as full signaling and control of damper drives at cooling water outlets from OCC and OCR exchangers with the addition of analogue damper position signals, e) Laying new power and control cables, f) Making descriptions of electric and AKPiA cables and updating descriptions in the power cabinets.
