Heat exchangers for project Police.
The weight of one exchanger is 54 tons.
Dimensions: 6400×2500 (length / height). Diameter of the jacket: Ø1500; Diameter of the sieve chamber: Ø1930 (Ø2400 with nozzles)
Each exchanger is made of: a jacket, a sieve chamber (sieve bottom) and a cover – these are forgings of the following types: ASME SA350 LF2 CL2, ASME SA336 F22 CL3, ASME SA336 / SA336M and a tubular insert made of U-tubes Ø 19.05×2.77 performed on special order in the grade ASME SA-213 Gr. T22.
The thickness of the wall of the jacket is 100mm, the cover thickness is 410mm and the thickness of the sive chamber in the place of drilling the holes of the U-tubes is 305mm. In each sieve chamber 1938 holes Ø19.3mm were drilled under the u-tube. Before drilling, the inner side of the sieve bottom is overlaid with INCONEL 600 material (overlay thickness after machining 6mm).
The heat exchangers were manufactured on the basis and subjected to the conformity assessment procedure by UDT-CERT against PED 2014/68 / EU including ASME sec.VIII DIV.2 and PN-EN 13445.
