The Management Board of ZRE Katowice SA with deep regret and sadness informs that on December 28, 2021, passed away the President of the Management Board of the Company, Mr. Jerzy Kurzak. He performed this function continuously since May 9, 2000, and he had been associated with the Company for almost 50 years. His commitment contributed to the dynamic development and expansion of the profile and area of activity of our company.
At that time, he proved to be a model manager, distinguished by kindness and putting the employee’s welfare first.
The Management Board of the Company also informs that the other members of the Management Board are entitled to represent ZRE Katowice SA in the composition provided for by the provisions of law and the Company’s Articles of Association and to continue all matters related to its activities in an undisturbed manner.
